Sand Dunes State Forest

The Sand Dunes State Forest is located in the central part of Sherburne County and is named after the first settler in the area - Robert Orrock, who arrived in the county in 1857. The Forest offers plenty of recreational activities for adults and kids. There are trails for hiking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, and snowmobiling.
